For that reason, we want our customers to be happy even if our products didn’t exceed his/her expectations. Our Return Policy as follows:
If your item(s) does not fit, we will accept your return and give you store credit. Less Shipping both ways.
Items received as not as described/misrepresented will be granted a return label and given a full refund. Unless there is an agreement in place, you will have 72hrs to render item(s) to USPS. If items aren’t rendered the label will be void and you (The Customer) agree to forfeit the return, refund and store credit.
Other criteria must be followed in order for the return, store credit or refund be approved:
- returns must be opened within 7 days of delivery date
- Item(s) new with tags must be returned with tags attached.
- Items that are returned altered (i.e washed, ironed, sprayed with fragrances etc.) will only receive store credit less shipping both ways and 10% restocking fee will apply. Our restocking fee covers damages and alterations done to item(s) as well as time spent relisting the item, re-shelving etc.
International Customers – No returns are accepted. So please make sure the item of interest meets your standards. Ask questions when needed to avoid any disappointments.
