Q: What is your max handling time?

A: We usually ship items out within the same business day, after cleared payment. If for some reason handling time exceeds 12 hours, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Q: What shipping services do you use?

A: For now, we are utilizing USPS. However, we will be expanding our shipping services soon!

Q: Is there a limit on the amount of items purchased for one transaction?

A: There is no limit to how many items you can purchase from us. NOTE: the more you purchase the higher the shipping rate. Please contact us prior to purchasing multiple items exceeding 5 pounds.

Q: Do you charge any handling fees?

A: We don’t charge handling fees.
